We miss you!

As a small local business, we are a family here at Haven Spa — that includes our wonderful clients and our fabulous talented staff, all of whom we’re so grateful for. We’re dedicated to putting our family’s health and wellbeing at the forefront. After all, that’s our founding principle here at Haven.

So after being open continuously for almost twenty years now, we made the difficult decision (prior to the mandate) to temporarily close Haven Spa for several weeks to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 . This is obviously a fluid situation, one we are monitoring closely. We will adjust our plans and timeline accordingly, based on the recommendations from our government and the CDC.

We plan to reopen as soon as possible — hopefully in June. Rest assured that we will be taking all necessary precautions and our entire facility will be cleaned and disinfected during the closure.

How can we all stay connected during this challenging time?  We at Haven Spa will continue to bring peace and serenity into your lives, at a time when it’s needed more than ever. Here’s what we have planned:

We will be updating our feeds regularly with at-home self-care tips and tricks to alleviate stress and improve wellness, like instructions on self- and partner-massage and how to’s for at-home facials. Whether we’re giving advice on feeling good or finding other ways to stay positive through this difficult time, we’re looking forward to connecting with you online via social media and our Spa Blog.
  • New Spring Products Delivery: Little luxuries can go a long way toward soothing nerves and boosting hope, while helping your friendly neighborhood businesses in the process. During this time of social distancing, we’re offering 10% OFF ON ALL SPA BOUTIQUE PRODUCTS ordered by phone or email so you can still get the benefits of our excellent new spring items while weathering this storm. We will have a Haven Staff team checking emails to info@havenrhinebeck.com and answering calls to 845-876-7369.
  • Extended Hours Upon Re-Opening: We will be offering extended hours to accommodate new and rescheduled appointments once we open Haven Spa’s doors again, as soon as possible.

We’ve been honored to have been your Haven for relaxation and rejuvenation over the past two decades. And we are dedicated to continuing to serve you, our cherished clients, from afar until we can see you again in person to deliver the exceptional, transformative services you’ve come to expect from Haven.
